Drake Breshears
From the supply chain to the closing table.
Drake grew up in Rogers and studied at the University of Arkansas. He started his career in consumer goods supply chain, first at Kimberly-Clark and then at RB in Rogers, supporting the Walmart business.
He earned his Arkansas license in 2018 and for two years ran both careers at once, working 70 to 80 hours a week. In 2020 he went full time with eXp Realty. Since then he has built and led a small Arkansas team that has closed 315 homes and more than $82 million in volume, including $23 million in 2022 alone.
In 2022 he founded 1440 Real Estate Media in Bentonville after seeing what great media did for his own listings. It has since completed more than 3,600 shoots, grown 41% in 2025 and expanded into Tulsa. In 2025 he worked with a Manhattan-based residential firm before coming home to Northwest Arkansas, now licensed in both Arkansas and Oklahoma.
That time in New York City gave him a metropolitan perspective on pricing, presentation and pace. He brings that lens home to one of the fastest-growing markets in the Mid-South.
